Seventeen year-old Richmond resident Boyd Chambliss, a student at the Stewart School, took the top spot with his mountain bike jump (and crash) video submission. As the grand prize winner, Chambliss will receive a trip to the 2011 Summer X Games in Los Angeles, including airfare for four and two nights lodging.The winners were chosen by public voting on a special contest website, contest.quenchgum.com. Participants were asked to submit brief (one minute or less) videos of any sports related activity. Nearly two dozen entries were submitted. |
